Sakura Spring

Okay, okay — I finally did it! After weeks (...fine, months) of procrastinating, I took the plunge and got the Michael Kors bag I’ve been eyeing on for so long. And to complete my spring vibe? A Velvet Caviar cherry blossom phone case that screams “Cherry Blossom season, but make it aesthetic.”

So I suppose this is my spring (and summer) aesthetic - Sakura ~ soft pinks, floral everything, and a little sparkle of self-love.

Speaking of sparkle, I’ve been dabbling in AI image creation lately and… vacuum-packed toys? Apparently, that’s the trend now.  I don't even know if I said that right. I did what I probably should not have and jumped in to join the bandwagon. I made one of myself and the puppies. It’s weirdly adorable and slightly unsettling, like if kawaii met cryogenics. 

Mixed feelings for sure....

Summer is here... maybe?

We also got a little teaser of warm weather here in Oshkosh, too! We hit a high of 54°F and a low of 43°F — so not quite sundress-and-iced-coffee territory, but definitely time to take that first ride! Okay, maybe it's a bit too early - thankful for the gaiter and balaclava... but oh man, I missed my bike.

As the warm weather approaches, the puppies are yet to warm up to Belle, thee Tortee queen. She is, however, adjusting to the new home life. She's been more loving, more snuggly, but nonetheless still spicy.

So here’s to small wins, spring themes, and finally checking off those “I’ve wanted this forever” purchases. I feel accomplished, a little extra, and totally okay with that. If you’ve been putting something off—whether it’s a bag, a blog post, or just a nap—consider this your sign. Go get it!
