When we first brought Ein home, Hans was definitely not feeling it. He was anxious and aloof - completely uncertain what this mini loaf is doing here and why the mini loaf didn't go home that night. It took a little bit for him to warm up and be comfortable. I think he was also a little bit afraid to hurt the little snapaggating thing that bravely tries to herd him.
Hans is a very good big brother and he's been very considerate of Ein's challenging ball of energy. I'm really happy how much they love each other and Ein definitely loves his big brother very much.
It's so beautiful to see them grow together - Ein's getting bigger while Hans is getting rounder lol. It also is bittersweet, I feel like time's too fast sometimes and the thought of Hans being six years old is heartbreaking.
Hans needs to rest and prepare for the midnight play time that they think is the best hour to wreak havoc in the bed room. I know some people keep their pups in their kennels or outside their bedroom, but I'm a clingy paw mom like that.
